These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the car transportation services (“Services”) provided by Motor Freight (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Company provides vehicle transportation services by road, including pickup and delivery as agreed at the time of booking.
1.2 The Company may use third-party carriers or subcontractors to perform the Services.
1.3 The Services are limited to transportation only and do not include storage unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation (email, invoice, or contract) from the Company.
2.2 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle, pickup, and delivery locations.
2.3 Any changes to booking details must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.

3. Vehicle Condition and Preparation
3.1 The vehicle must be in operable condition unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 The vehicle must be clean enough to allow inspection of its condition before and after transportation.
3.3 All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to pickup. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
3.4 The fuel level should not exceed one-quarter (¼) of the tank at pickup.

4. Inspection and Documentation
4.1 A condition report may be completed at pickup and delivery noting any visible damage.
4.2 The Customer or an authorized representative must be present at pickup and delivery to sign inspection documents.
4.3 Failure to note damage at delivery may be deemed acceptance of the vehicle in delivered condition.

5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices are based on information provided at booking and may change if vehicle size, condition, or locations differ.
5.2 Payment terms (advance, balance due, or full payment) will be specified in the invoice or booking confirmation.
5.3 Late payments may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of Services.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
6.2 Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and costs already incurred.
6.3 Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the Company’s cancellation policy.

7. Delivery Timeframes
7.1 Delivery dates and times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues, acts of God, or other events beyond its control.

8. Insurance and Liability
8.1 The Company maintains cargo insurance as required by law.
8.2 Liability is limited to direct physical damage to the vehicle caused during transportation and proven to be the Company’s fault.
8.3 The Company is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical or electrical failures
• Damage caused by leaking fluids
• Damage to personal belongings
• Delays or indirect/consequential losses
8.4 Claims must be submitted in writing within 1 days of delivery.

9. Customer Responsibilities
9.1 The Customer must ensure legal ownership or authority to transport the vehicle.
9.2 Accurate contact details and access at pickup and delivery locations must be provided.
9.3 Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or special equipment is required.

10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or emergencies.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
